Sync Your Relationship, Save Your Marriage: Four Steps to Getting Back on Track

(2011; New York: Palgrave-Macmillan)

In this book, I write about all the different ways that couple partners can get "out of sync" about time.  Differences in pace (one's slow, the other's fast), punctuality (one's always on time, the other, always late), one thinks mostly about the future, the other is focused on the present, or the past; differences in daily and weekly rhythms — all these and more can affect conflicts about money, sex, housework, childrearing, spirituality, and much more!  Filled with examples of real-life couples I helped, and lots of tools and tips for getting in sync, this book will also give you a good sense of my style as a couple therapist.
